Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from Local, Regional and International qualified bidders to tender for the Supply and Installation of Palo Alto firewalls.
The Terms of reference for the above-mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from 15th September, 2025. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted online not later than 03rd October, 2025 at 3:30pm local time on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals and payment terms in Rwandan Francs for local companies and USD for foreign companies, provide the technical proposal, Implementation and warranty period, detailed company profile, provide 3 references of a similar service completion, CVs of the team dedicated to the assignment, company registration certificate, valid tax clearance certificate, audited financial statements of the last 3 years and any other required information mentioned in the ToRs.
