Supply and Installation of Podiums
| TENDER NOTICE
The Supreme Court invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the following tender: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PODIUMS.
The bidding document shall be obtained from the Rwandan On-Line E-Procurement System (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of the bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of Seven thousand Rwandan francs (7,000 Frws) via account number of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened at commercials Bank in Rwanda.
All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement System as mentioned above before 11th February 2021 at 10h: 00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement System on the same day at 10h: 15 am, local time. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement System not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. Compulsory site visit for items indicated in technical specification is on 28th /01/2021 at New Building of Supreme Court and Court of Appeal located at Kacyiru.( Contact person , Estate manager / Supreme Court Tel: 0786126294). All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement System not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
