TITLE OF TENDER: SUPPLY OF ELECTRONIC SCALE FOR WEIGHING ADULTS AND CHILDREN

World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs.
World Vision Rwanda hereby invites all qualified companies to supply Electronic Scale for Weighing Adults and Children. Participation to the competition is therefore open and equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.
Note: Suppliers who have existing contracts with World Vision are not allowed to bid for this tender.
Submission of bids will be done through WVR e-procurement system. Anyone interested in bidding must submit the request of tender document starting from 26/01/2021, accompanied by a scanned of a prepaid Bank slip or money transfer record of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) to the account # 0010083813839701 labeled “WORLD VISION RWANDA” opened at “ECOBANK“; to the following e-mails: emmanuel_kagorora@wvi.org and arsene_niyongabo@wvi.org.
The deadline to request for tender document is 29/01/2021. Bidders who showed their interest in participating to the tender will be sent an e-mail to access the World Vision Rwanda e-procurement system (Coupa) and submit their bids on 03/02/2021 at 10:00AM. The opening will be done electronically and bidders will be communicated the opening results after.
