- APEFE (hereinafter called “Client”), under the financial support of DGD (Belgian Directorate-General for Development Cooperation), contributes in the implementation of the “Workplace learning support programme”, in partnership with MIFOTRA and PSF (Private Sector Federation).
The client intends to apply a portion of its financial support to execute the Tender N° L-RW102 – 006/2020 for Supply, installation, and testing of Tailoring and Fashion Equipment for TVET schools and IPRC Kigali and which the present Tender Document (DAO) is issued.
- APEFE invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of new Schools Equipment of the most recent models and that incorporate all recent improvements in design. The tender is composed of two lots:
Lot 1: Tailoring and Fashion machines for TVET schools and IPRC Kigali.
Lot 2: Tailoring and Fashion tools and accessories for TVET schools and IPRC Kigali.
- Tender documents in English may be downloaded from Job in Rwanda website as of 22/07/2020.
- Well bound and sealed bids in three (3) copies of which one original and two copies must be submitted to the APEFE office, KN1, St Paul, Plot 2360, Nyarugenge, Kigali, Rwanda, Office compound, 3rd Flow, not later than 21/08/2020 at 10:00 AM local time. Submission via email will not be accepted.
- The opening of bids will take place in APEFE-WBI board room, on 21/08/2020 at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders.
- The tender title shall be clearly indicated on the exterior envelope.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the APEFE Procurement Regulations.
