SUPPLY OF FLIP CHARTS: (Deadline: 15 February 2021)
The National Electoral Commission (NEC) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by the Government, towards the cost of supply of Flip Charts. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
The National Electoral Commission invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Flip charts as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from umucyo.gov.rw on 14/02/2021
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a Bid Security 800,000Rwf from a Bank or a registered insurance company.
Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the E-procurement on request for clarification.
Well attached bids, must be submitted in the system Not later than 15/02/2021 at 10:00 Am.
Bids will be opened in the system umucyo.gov.rw at the same day at 10:30 Am
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
