Procurement method: OPEN COMPETITION Rwanda Development Board (RDB) seeks to hire a well experienced companies for supply of furniture and equipment for park patrol posts (volcanoes and gishwati-mukura parks). It is in that regards, Rwanda Development Board invites all companies capable to execute the above mentioned tender to submit their bids as indicated in the technical specifications compliance. The tender is distributed into Four (04) different and indivisible lots: Lot 1: SUPPLY OF PATROL POST FURNITURE FOR VOLCANOES AND GISHWATI MUKURA NATIONAL PARKS; Lot 2: SUPPLY OF BEDDING AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT FOR PATROL POSTS AT VOLCANOES AND GISHWATI-MUKURA NATIONAL PARKS; Lot 3: SUPPLY OF CLEANING TOOLS FOR PATROL POSTS AT VOLCANOES AND GISHWATI-MUKURA NATIONAL PARKS; Lot 4: SUPPLY OF HYGIENNE AND SANITATION EQUIPMENT FOR PATROL POSTS AT VOLCANOES AND GISHWATI MUKURA NATIONAL PARKS. The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. However, for submission of the bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee worth teen Thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs deposited to the account number of Rwanda Revenue authority, opened at any commercial bank. All bids accompanied by a bid security of one million two hundred (1,200,000Rwf/quoted lot) Rwandan francs per each quoted lot, as described in tender document. All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 12th /04/2021 at 10h00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 10:30 am, local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
