a) Overview
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is a dynamic social development organization working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children. To achieve this, the Organization is implementation a range of programs varying from childcare, family strengthening, health, education, and advocacy for children’s rights.
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is currently seeking for bidders (company) working in Information Technology Equipment delivery who meet the following criteria:
b) Requirements
- Certified HP and Dell Partner First Platinum Partner,
- Certified KYOCERA Products authorized reseller,
- Certified Cisco Meraki authorized reseller,
- Delivery period of good between four to five weeks maximum,
- Payments 100% after delivery,
- Provides guarantee for warranty period of the equipment in case of hardware failure, the supplier shall provide onsite support or replace the equipment within reasonable amount of time,
- An ability to process Cisco Meraki relevant license application on behalf of the organization,
- Capability to provide 100% of approved list of items,
- Certificate of Rwanda Development Board (RDB),
- Certificate of Value Added Tax (VAT) and users of EBM machines,
- Submit at least 5 certificates of good completion of similar tender.
