SUPPLY OF MASONRY WORKSHOP CONSUMABLES FOR IPRC-HUYE 2020-2021. The Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Huye hereinafter called ‘Client’. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

The Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Huye invites qualified bidders to submit bids for tender of SUPPLY OF MASONRY WORKSHOP CONSUMABLES FOR IPRC-HUYE 2020-2021

• Tender Documents may be obtained from the online e-procurement system (Umucyo.gov.rw), all interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 frw) to the Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).

2. The execution period is twelve (12) months, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirement of tender document;
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to The Integrated Polytechnic Regional College Huye through the e-procurement system for Rwanda public procurement (umucyo.gov.rw).
4. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned;
5. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive method and is open to all bidders as defined in the Bidding Document. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the e-procurement system website by logging on umucyo.gov.rw
6. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated on E-procurement system
7. Bids must be submitted online umucyo.gov.rw not later than  8th APR 2021 at 09:00 AM (local time) and will be opened automatically by the system on the same date at 09:30 AM (local time).
8. Bidding will be conducted as specified in Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 of Law governing Public Procurement. Participation is open on equal conditions to all specialized companies.
