1.The RWANDA PRINTERY COMPANY LTD (RPC) hereby invites qualified bidders (Local) to submit their bids for the Supply of Printing Materials, Machines, iMac K 5 2020, Server and its Installation
2. The tender document may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Education Board), P.O Box 3854 Kigali, Administration Office, Tel: (+250) 0788467506 from 24/03/2021, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) paid to the account No 00040 063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information “DAO/RPC/ Supply of Printing Materials, Machines, i MAC 5K 2020, Server and Its Installation, / No1/NCB/2021/0B/RPC/March /2021
3. Well-printed bids written in the English language, properly bound and presented in three copies “one of which is the original and two copies of the original” must reach Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the above-mentioned address not later than 07/04/2021 at 2:30 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
4. The opening of bids will take place the same day on 07/04/2021 at 3:00 pm in the Board room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
