- The RWANDA PRINTERY COMPANY LTD (RPC) hereby invites qualified bidders (Local) to submit their bids for the Supply of Server Connection and Installation of Accessories
- The tender documents may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Education Board), P.O Box 3854 Kigali, Administration Office, Tel: (+250) 0788467506 from 07/10/2020, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Rwf) paid to the account No 00040 063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened at Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information “DAO/RPC/ Supply of server Connection & Installation of Accessories / No3/NCB/2020/0B/RPC/October/2020”
- Well printed bids written in English or French language, properly bound and presented in four copies “one of which is the original and three copies of the original” must reach the Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the above-mentioned address not later than 19/10/2020 at 2:30 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
- The opening of bids will take place the same day on 19/10/2020 at 3:00 pm in the meeting room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
NB: The site visit will take place on 10/10/2020 at RPC Ltd from 10:00 am -11:00 am
