The bidding document in English may be obtained at UNGUKA BANK Plc, Head office in Administration and Procurement services, DORONA House, KN 84.ST 3, NYARUGENGE District –Kigali City, from 03 /02 /2021 during working days, from 08:00 am 5:00pm, upon presentation of proof of payment -for non-refundable fee of RWF 30,000 or 30 USD as cost of the tender document to be paid on UNGUKA BANK account number: 10100490600010 (Rwandan currency) opened at NYARUGENGE Branch or on SWIFT CODE: IMRWRWRW, BANK NAME: I&M BANK Plc, CUSTOMER NAME : UNGUKA BANK , ACCOUNT NUMBER : 25003517002
Last date of Sale of Tender: 15/02 /2021, at 3:00 pm

Well printed bids properly bounded and presented in one sealed envelope containing commercial bids (original hard copies) with a soft copy (on CD/flash disc) must reach at UNGUKA BANK Plc- Administration & Procurement Services, not later than 18/02 / 2021 at 3:00 pm-local time. Online submission is also acceptable and should be protected by a password, and submitted at the submission date on email: procurement@ungukabank.com; after getting the proof of payment of the tender document, and the bidder’s email address, on which the electronic copy of the tender will be submitted to interested bidder by UNGUKA BANK Plc.
The sealed envelope should clearly indicate the Tender name and Title as follows: SUPPLY OF WALK THROUGH METAL DETECTOR -ICB NO 01/2021. Late bids will be rejected.
