African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential bidders to supply office stationary and cleaning materials, Specifications are found in tender document.
The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than March 16, 2021 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:30 am.
Bids must include: Financial proposal (price including VAT), RDB certificate, Tax Clearance, EBM User certificate, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies
