African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) implementing “BMZ/KNH Funded project:67009 Enhancing Access to Inclusive Early Childhood and Development, EG 5204 Project” is looking for potential bidders to supply three (3) motor cycles, Specifications are found in tender document.
Motorbikes will be supplied to AEE Rwanda in Kigali city/Gishushu, tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040 0047325 22/AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (1 photocopy and 1 original) should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office in Gishushu, Gasabo District, not later than January 25th, 2021 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:30 am.
Bids must include: Item name, unit & total cost including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies, and Payment slip of 10,000RWF non-refundable.
