• Applicants must be citizens of nations eligible under Taiwan-ICDF cooperation programs
• Applicants must have good academic status and a strong character.
• Candidates must complete the health and English proficiency standards.
• Applicants must have never received a TaiwanICDF scholarship and be committed to returning home to contribute to national development after graduation.
