TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR
DOCUMENT TRANSLATION ENGLISH TO KINYARWANDA
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is a child focused organisation operating in Rwanda since 1979. It aims at proving quality care to the children who have lost parental care and those at risk of losing it. It operates child care programmes in 4 provinces of the country.
SOS CV Rwanda would like to translate SOS Care Promise programme policy hand book from English to Kinyarwanda. It is a document of 27 pages embedded with photos and tables.

QUALIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Bidders are requested to submit the following documents and to meet the following criteria:
- Copy of business registration license in RDB with Taxpayer ID Number
- Proof of registration in EBM system.
- Complete address of the bidder (Physical and electronic)
- 3 Certificates of completion for similar assignments undertaken by the firm or translator
- Proforma Invoice for announced translation assignment
