PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING SOURCE OF FUND: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED
The Energy Utility Corporation Limited invites eligible bidders specialized in the field to submit their best offer for tender related to provision of customs clearing and forwarding services for EUCL under framework arrangement of one-year renewable twice subject to satisfactory performance as indicated in the supply Requirements. This tender is made of one (1) indivisible lot.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Bidding will be conducted through the National Open Competitive Bidding (NCB) method specified in the REG Procurement User Manual as updated.
The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG-EUCL Headquarters, 1stFloor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 2001161020000121/RWF opened at NCBA Bank, Rwanda and 25044962001 Opened at I&M Bank, Rwanda
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than .24th /11/2025
at 10:00 am. Late and Electronic bids will be rejected and returned unopened

Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to
attend in person in the conference room at REG Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids and must accompanied with a written declaration of commitment as par template provided in the tender document
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
