- Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
- Tender Documents in English may be obtained at RRP+ office from 07/11/2025 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM after presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) deposited on the Account No 00040-006956755-51 / BK of RRP+/RBF-NSP-HIV. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: “Tender Provision of Security Services for RRP+”. Interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquarter located at Rukiri I cell, Remera Sector, KG 599 St, N 33, Gasabo District or contact us on phone number 0789287395
- Well printed bids accompanied by samples and properly bound and presented in two copies (original and its copy) must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 10/12/2025 at 11:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
- Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ the same day on 10/12/2025 at 11:30’.
- The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, tender number, Bidder Company Name. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda.
