Tender for restaurant, hosting services and accommodation services for DUHAMIC-ADRI Staff and partners
DUHAMIC-ADRI has the pleasure to look for an interested company or firm with facilities to host institutional staff and technical meetings on a short-term contract basis.
For more information about this tender, you shall refer to the attached tender document.
The selection of best bidder will be done by using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the present request for proposals.
The proposal for this tender shall include Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal.
The prices proposed with the financial proposal shall include all related taxes.
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Friday, 28th August 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
The interested bidders shall be operating in 5 km maximum from DUHAMIC-ADRI head offices (Niboye Sector/Kicukiro District).
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 9:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
