The Rwanda Energy Group (REG) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in the field for submitting their best offers for supply of smart device tool with gimbal stabilizer, camera and its accessories as indicated in detail in the supply of Requirements.
This tender is made of Two (02) Lots and the participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method specified in the Procurement User Manual of REG as updated to date.
Bidding Documents may be obtained on any working day and working hours from 21/11/2025 at REG Headquarters, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management, P.O Box 537 Kigali, Rwanda. E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a payment proof of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 17/12/2025 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at REG main boardroom in a public session on 17/12/2025 at 10:30 am local time.
All bids shall be accompanied by Original Bid security of One million eighty thousand Rwandan Francs(1,080,000Frw) from a reputable Bank or any other recognized Financial Institution
The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference number and title.
