| TITLE OF THE TENDER: TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF TOOLS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT
FOR POWER PLANTS. TENDER REFERENCE No: 11.07.022/010/G/2025-2026/NCB/ EUCL-DGOM-PROC/CG/10 PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) CLIENT AND SOURCE OF FUND: ENERGY UTILITY CORPORATION LIMITED |
- 1. Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the SUPPLY OF TOOLS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT FOR POWER PLANTS.
- Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the Procurement Procedures Manual of REG/EUCL.
- The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 29/10/2025, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL-REG Headquarters, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, gruhumuriza@eucl.reg.rw or rmutungi@eucl.reg.rw; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non – refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account No 25044962001/RWF opened at I & M Bank. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or not later than 10:00am local time on 21/11/2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- All bids shall be accompanied by a original bid security of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (Frw 2,100,000) issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids as per the format provided in the tender document;
- Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at EUCL Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
- Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 21/11/2025 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission
- The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title
