TENDER NOTICE
TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF MOTOR VEHICLE TO KIBOGORA POLYTECHNIC
Kibogora Polytechnic invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Motor Vehicle as indicated in details in the tender document.
Tender Document in English may be obtained from Kibogora Polytechnic Procurement Office upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 RWF) to KIBOGORA polytechnic account No: 100005702369 opened in Bank ofKiga1i.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 26th August 2024, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time at KP Procurement Office.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the front secretariat offices at Kibogora Polytechnic office located in Nyamasheke District, Kanjongo Sector, not later than 6th September, 2024 at 14:00 PM local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Kibogora Polytechnic Conference room 6th September, 2024 at 14:30 PM local time. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
