The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non–refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF/AEE–Rwanda in Bank of Kigali
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE–Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than January 30, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE–Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.
Bids must include:
✓ Prices including VAT,
✓ RDB certificate,
✓ VAT certificate,
✓ Tax Clearance,
✓ EBM
✓ 3 certificates of good completion
✓ Payment slip of non refundable 10,000 Rwf
