TENDER NOTICE

Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their bids for the following tenders:

• No 015 AgDF/S/NCB/2025: Agaciro Website Redesign
• No 016 AgDF/S/NCB/2025: Recruitment of a PR & Communication Agency
• No 017 AgDF/S/NCB/2025: Design and Production of Branded promotional collaterals

1. The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon presentation of proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) non-refundable fee paid to AgDF corporate trust Ltd account number 00040-00424687-43 held in Bank of Kigali. If you wish to obtain more than one tender, the fee must be paid separately for each tender.
2. Well-scanned bids written in English language, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund must be submitted not later than Monday 1^st December 2025 at 2:30PM. All bids submissions are done online and sent to procurement@agaciro.rw , Late bids will be rejected.
3. The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in AgDF board room on 1^st December 2025 at 3:00 PM.
4. The financial proposal **must** be protected with a password and the password shall be kept by the bidder and provided to the Client at the bid opening.
5. Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda.
6. The bid title should clearly indicate the tender name. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
