Mashariki African Film Festival (MAFF) is a NGO based in Rwanda that aims to establish cinema as both a language and culture for entertainment, Advocacy and awareness.
Reference is made to an ongoing project “Tumenye Cinema ”; A four years project implemented by Mashariki Afican Film Festival in Partnership with Goethe Kigali Institute with the funding of European Union Rwanda covering four provinces.
That is why Maaff is calling on interested bidders for submission of their bids for the following tenders:
- Delivery of furniture
- Provision Company for trainers
- Filming Kits materials
- Laptops and Desktops
- Projectors
- Inflatable Screen
The bidder must do the deposit in hard copy, 3 copies of their bid documents well sealed with all required documents not later than 09th SEPTEMBER 2020 at 10:00 AM. All information to this tender should be obtained after sending the payment proof of the amount said below to the MASHARIKI AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL Head office reception located to centenary house KN4 Ave Pobox 1925 Kigali Rwanda . the bidders will pay a non-refundable security fee of RWF 20,000 for each bid on MAAFF bank Account 001139006478279 RWF in COGEBANK
