CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES KIGALI LOCATION
SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible consultants’ firm specialized in research and evaluation of projects to submit their offers in regard to the above tender.
The assignment is open and equal to all firms that fulfils the requirements as set in ToRs and specialized in the field. The firms must be registered with Rwanda Development Board and should not be at any of the blacklist record of any other recognized national, regional or international Institutions.
The tender is composed of two proposals, one for technical and the second for financial proposals that shall be submitted online together on an e-mail indicated below in One Single PDF document on the same day of deadline of submission. Note that, on thesubject email should bear the reading(Final Evaluation for Uburumbuke Iwacu Project).
The Terms of References and other requirements may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of ToRs of non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) paid on account no: of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 SOS CV RWANDA TRUST ACCOUNT in BPR. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the above-mentioned e-mails.
Well-presented proposals, properly organized, dated and stamped in one single pdf document must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org, not later than 07th/11/2025 at 5:00 PM local time. Late bids shall be rejected.
