TENDER NOTICE FOR HIRING TRANSPORT COMPANY
1. Introduction
The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is a membership organization established in 2002 by the Districts and the City of Kigali. Its mission is to support local government entities in fulfilling their responsibilities under Rwanda’s decentralization policy, promoting good governance, citizen participation, and sustainable development.
RALGA hereby invites eligible and qualified transport companies to submit their sealed bids for provision of transport services to different destinations across the country. Successful bidders will be contracted for a period of one year, which may be renewed depending on RALGA’s satisfaction with the quality of services rendered
Interested transport companies are invited to submit their well-sealed bids addressed to the Secretary General of RALGA, no later than 10 October 2025 at 11:00 AM at RALGA Office, Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District. The opening of bids shall take place the same day at 11:30 AM, and the bidders or their representatives are allowed to attend this opening.
