TENDER NOTICE – PROVISION OF GARAGE SERVICES
Introduction
ASA International (Rwanda) Plc invites reputable garages to submit proposals for the maintenance and repair of its vehicle fleet, with an initial focus on the following:
- Toyota Corona Verso VVTI, Petrol Engine
- Kia Sorento Eco Dynamics 4WD, Petrol Engine
The successful bidder(s) will enter into a one-year renewable framework agreement, subject to satisfactory performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
Please note: The composition of the vehicle fleet may change during the contract period based on operational needs. Bidders must be capable of servicing similar or updated vehicle models as required.

ASA International (Rwanda) Plc is a licensed and regulated microfinance institution. A subsidiary of ASA International—headquartered in the Netherlands and listed on the London Stock Exchange—ASA Rwanda has operated since 2016 with a mission to serve underserved communities, especially women entrepreneurs. Scope of Services
The awarded garage will be expected to provide:
- Preventive and periodic maintenance (oil, filters, belts, plugs)
- Mechanical and engine diagnostics (including computerized OBD scanning)
- Suspension and braking system repair
- Battery inspection and replacement
- Electrical system troubleshooting
- Wheel alignment and tyre balancing
- Air conditioning checks and recharges
- Clean return of vehicle after service
- A written service report after every intervention
Use of genuine parts or certified equivalents is mandatory for all interventions. Major replacements must be approved by ASA Rwanda prior to execution.

Financial Proposal
All prices must be quoted in Rwandan Francs (Rwf) and must be inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes.
