In Rwanda, help a Child works through local implementing partners to support children and their families by ensuring access to essential resources and opportunities.
Help a Child Rwanda invites sealed bids from interested and eligible individuals or companies for the purchase of the following used vehicle, previously utilized for a completed project.

Tender Submission Guidelines
. Interested bidders must submit sealed envelopes clearly marked Tender for usedvehicles” with their full names
.Submission Deadline: Friday 12th September 2025 at 3:00PM
. Submission Adress: Help a child Rwanda Office Kimihurura, Gasabo KG622 St 3 near simba supermarket
. Bids must include
. The offered price must be (in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
. A copy of the bidder’s national ID or company registration certificate
. Late submission will not be considered
Bid Opening:
. Date: Friday 12th September 2025

Terms and Conditions:
1.The seller is selling the vehicle in their current condition, with no promises about the quality, defects, or fitness for specific purpose
2.All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicles before submitting their bids
3.The winning bidder must pay the full bid amount into Help a child bank account within five (5) working days after notification
4.Failure to pay within the specified period will result in offer being made to the second highest bidder under the same condition
5.Help a child Rwanda reserve the right to reject all prices offered when they are below the current market value of the vehicle.
