TENDER NOTICE
The KIBOGORA POLYTECHNIC invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the following tender of Supplying and fix floating Cage of Metallic Frame Pipe.
The tender document may be obtained from KP Procurement office free of charge. At any time, for submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the Kibogora Polytechnic account opened in BK No: 100005702369.
All bids will be submitted at Kibogora Polytechnic conference room not later 15H:30” PM On Tuesday 12/11/2024. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened automatically after submission on the same day.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days starting from the submission deadline.
All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using KP Email: info@kp.ac.rw and give copy to : procurement@kp.ac.rw system before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids or call : 0788853143
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with KP Procurement policy.
