TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF COMPUTERS
Terms of Reference
1. Introduction
The Rwanda Association of Local Government Authorities (RALGA) is a membership organization established in 2002 by the Districts and the City of Kigali. Its mission is to support local government entities in fulfilling their responsibilities under Rwanda’s decentralization policy (2000), promoting good governance, citizen participation, and sustainable development.
RALGA hereby invites eligible suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of four (4) HP laptops with the following minimum specifications:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (HP)
- RAM: 8 GB
- Storage: 512 GB SSD
- Display: 14-inch (HP ProBook or equivalent)
- Quantity: 4 units
Interested computer shops are invited to submit their bids well-sealed addressed to the Secretary General of RALGA not later than 11 August 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at RALGA Office, Masaka Sector, Kicukiro District. The opening of bids shall take place the same day at 3:30 p.m., and the bidders or their representatives are allowed to attend this opening.
