Tender Notice for Supply of IT Equipments to Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe: Deadline: 31 July 2020
Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe (PFTH) is an Umbrella Organization established in October 1992 and currently represents 53 member organizations within the country. The umbrella aims at improving the status of women, peace, development and eradicate all forms of discrimination towards women as well as to promote their social-economic, political and legal status and to enhance the institutional and organizational capacities of its member organizations through the promotion of sustainable human development approach based on gender equality and a culture of peace, justice and human rights.
IT equipments are key tools for Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe to successfully perform its daily work. Therefore, Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe invites all interested companies to bid for the supply of IT equipments.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 21 July 2020, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time at Pro-femmes Twese hamwe Central Secretariat office, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000RWF) to the account No: 1002190104949201 of Pro-Femmes/ Twese Hamwe opened in ACCESS bank.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies; one of which is original shall be addressed to the Executive Director of PRO-FEMMES TWESE and delivered to PRO-FEMMES TWESE/ HAMWE’S secretariat offices at Gahanga, Kicukiro district (Next to Gahanga sector office) not later than Friday 31th July 2020 at 10 am. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 am on the same date.
