TENDER NOTICE:
SUPPLY OF SCRUBS AND MEDICAL WHITE COATS
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF) is seeking bids from interested and qualified companies for the Supply of Scrubs and Medical White Coats. Detailed specifications are attached to this tender notice.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested companies must submit offers that include the following:
- Priced Proposal (in Rwandan Francs),
- Validity period of the offer,
- Copy of RDB cerficate, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration, RSSB Clearance,
- At least three (3) certificates of good completion of similar supplies (medical scrubs, medical uniforms and/or medical white coats),
- Compliance with the specifications described below
Technical Specifications
- Delivery timeline: The company must be able to deliver within 15 days from the date of order.
- Embroidery Requirement:
- All scrubs and white coats must have the AHSU logo embroidered directly above the pocket (the Logo will be provided to the successful bidder).
- Each scrub color will have a corresponding logo color assigned.
- Fabric Requirement: 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester.

- Offers must be submitted in English.
- Offers should be addressed to: The Executive Secretary, King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Foundation (KFHRF).
- Submissions should be sent by email to: rutavogerwa.j@kfhkigali.com
- Deadline: Monday, 9th September 2025 at 10:00 AM (Central Africa Time – CAT).

This tender notice does not constitute a binding contract. KFHRF reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without obligation.
