INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER TITLE: Valuation of Assets for the Agropy Ltd.

Tender Ref No: 002/2025

CLIENT: Agropy Ltd,

AgroPy Ltd hereby invites competent and eligible bidders to bid for the valuation of its assets and the company itself as a whole.

The assignment is open and equal to all firms that fulfil the requirements, as the Terms of Reference are available at the Company Head office, Musanze.

The firms must submit the following documents;

• RDB Registration Certificate
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• RSSB Clearance
• Certified Financials of at least the last three (3) years.
• Three (3) reference letters/Certificates from previous similar Valuation

The consulting firm should meet the following criteria:

• Registered and accredited as a Certified Asset and Property Valuation Institute in Rwanda.
• The firm should not be on any blacklist record of any other recognized national, regional or international Institutions.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in asset valuation for manufacturing or agro-processing companies.
• Proven experience in evaluating industrial and processing equipment.

• Availability of qualified staff, including chartered accountants, engineers, and valuation experts and skillson regulatory valuations and standards.
• Ability to produce reports compliant with international valuation standards (IVS).
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Pesticide Regulations. Proven track record in conducting due diligence or company valuations.

The Late bids shall be rejected.
