CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES KIGALI LOCATION/NATIONAL OFFICE
SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible firms specialized in development and deployment of D-365 ERP Software (Cloud-Based) to submit their offers for the above tender.
The assignment is open and equal to all firms that fulfil the requirements as set in ToRs and specialized in the relevant fields. The firms must be registered with Rwanda Development Board and should not be in any of the blacklist records.
The tender is composed of two proposals, one for technical and the second for financial proposals that shall be submitted together on the e-mail indicated below in One Single PDF document on the same day of deadline of submission. Note that, thesubject email should bear the reading(Dynamics 365 ERP Software).
The Terms of References and other requirements may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of the ToRs for non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) paid to the account no: of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 SOS CV RWANDA TRUST ACCOUNT in BPR. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the above-mentioned e-mails.
Well-presented proposals, properly organized, dated and stamped in one single pdf document must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org, not later than 01st/12/2025 at Hour: 00:00 Mid night. Late bids shall be rejected.
