TENDER NOTICE

ADVERTISED TENDER No: 00014BOARw/Pr/2025

ASSIGNIMENT TITLE: TENDER REGARDING SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE FOR NEW BOA HEAD OFFICE AND AUCTION ACTIVITIES.

Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc wishes to invite all interested and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals for tender regarding supply of office furnitures for new BOA head office and auction activities according to the Terms of Reference detailed in the tender document and as classified in 4 different below LOTs:

  • Lot 1: Acquisition of new office furniture (desks, chairs, filling cabinets, sofas, etc.).
  • Lot 2: Auction of current Head Office partitions.
  • Lot 3: Auction of current Head Office furnitures.
  • Lot 4: Auction of current electrical tools and some security tools.

The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all qualified individuals and companies specialized in the field registered by authorized bodies.

The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located in CHIC Building, in Procurement Office from 29th/10/2025 during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of Fifth Thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000Rwf) deposited on the account No:0048820007 opened in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, in names of Bidding Fees.

The site visit will be done during working hours of business days.

Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and one hard copy marked “Copy” of the bids.

The bids shall be valid for a period of 7 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Procurement Office not later than 05th/11/2025, at 11:00am local time.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office Board Room at 11:30am.

Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the tender which will be marked as follows:
