Supply of School Materials for Autism Rwanda
Tender Reference: RCKMJ/IHS RWANDA/2025/01
Rotary Club Kigali Mont Jali, with funding support from IHS Rwanda, invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply of school materials to Autism Rwanda, a specialized school providing inclusive education for children with autism.
The tender includes a range of items, including:
- Learners’ books for Primary Grades 1–6, approved by REB and aligned with Rwanda’s National Curriculum
- Computers and tablets for students and staff
- Projectors and projection screens
- Color printers and printing supplies
- Educational toys and sensory play materials
- Bicycles
- Playground materials (e.g., swings)
- Other classroom and learning support materials

Site Visit (Optional but Recommended)
A site visit to Autism Rwanda is not mandatory, but highly recommended for suppliers interested in understanding installation requirements for specific items (e.g., swings).

- Deadline: Wednesday, 12th November 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Location: Autism Rwanda School, KG 836 St, No. 1 – Gisozi, Kigali
- Submission Format: Physical submission in sealed envelopes, clearly marked:
“Supply of School Materials for Autism Rwanda – RCKMJ/IHS RWANDA/2025/01”
Bid Opening
- Same day at 10:30 AM
- All suppliers may attend the opening session, during which bid prices and delivery timelines will be recorded.
- Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted for further steps.
- The successful supplier must sign a purchase order immediately and deliver all items within 21 calendar days.
Supplier Requirements
Each bid must include the following:
- Valid RDB Company Registration Certificate
- EBM Certificate (Proof of Use of EBM, issued by RRA)
- Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Detailed quotation in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
- Proposed delivery timeline (maximum 21 calendar days)
- 12-month warranty on all electronic items
- Evidence of similar past projects (optional, but adds value)
