Title of Tender: Acquisition of fuel for WASAC vehicles, Moto vehicles and generators under framework contract;
WASAC Utility Ltd hereby invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders to submit its bids for the tender for “Acquisition of fuel for WASAC vehicles, Moto vehicles and generators under framework contract”.
The tender document in English may be obtained from 07/11/2025 in the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management office at WASAC Utility Ltd , Centenary House, 1st Floor, Tel:+250788401152; E-mail: uprocurement@wasac.rw, website: www.wasac. rw upon presentation of proof of payment of a non- refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw). This payment should be done on the WASAC Utility Ltd bank account N° 100009564367 opened at the Bank of Kigali (BK).
The bids well typed, appropriately bound and presented in Four copies, one of which is original, must be accompanied by a bid guarantee from a bank or any other recognized financial institution of Seven Million Five Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Rwandan Francs (7,583,000 Frw) must reach in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Services Management office at WASAC Utility Ltd on or before 26/11/2025 at 10:00 am local time. Online submission is not allowed.
The opening of bids will take place on the same date of submission of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend at WASAC Utility Ltd, Purchasing and Supply Chain Management office, in public session at 10:30 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and reference number. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days starting from the day of submission.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with WASAC Procurement Procedures Manual.
