Tender Notice – Vehicle Rental and Electric Vehicle (EV) Leasing Services
The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is an initiative of Partners In Health, established to deliver world-class health sciences education grounded in equity and focused on training the next generation of global health leaders. Located in Butaro, Burera District, Northern Rwanda, UGHE has a growing academic community and increasing logistical needs to support academic programs, student movement, clinical training, and operational activities across the country.
With rising transportation demands for faculty, staff, and guests, UGHE is seeking to partner with reliable service providers for the following LOTs:
- LOT 1: Experienced vehicle rental companies to provide high-quality, safe, and well-maintained rental vehicles to support UGHE operations within Kigali, Butaro, and other districts.
- LOT 2: Electric vehicle (EV) leasing services to provide durable, energy-efficient, and safe vehicles suitable for staff mobility between campuses and field locations.

All interested and qualified bids must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement
System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than 12:00 AM Kigali time on December 1st, 2025.
The results of the public opening session will be available in the eProcurement system starting on December 2nd, 2025.
