African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) in partnership with National Women Council to implement “Moi pour Elle” sponsored by DRB (Diaspora Rwandaise de Belgique) in promoting empowerment and sustainability of Rwanda Women to contribute to the environment protection, is looking for potential bidders to Supply cooking gaz to support women in Gasabo, Nyarugenge and Kicukiro districts. Specifications are found in the tender document.
The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than January 24th, 2022 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.
Bids must include: Item name, unit & total cost including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance certificate, Full address form provided by AEE Rwanda signed and stamped by the bidder and payment slip of 10,000 RWF non-refundable.
