Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from qualified local and international bidders for consultant service for Implementation of Privacy Information Management System (PIMS)
Terms of Reference for the above-mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 04th August 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted online not later than the 22nd August 2025 at 3:30PM local time on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign companies, and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, technical proposal, the implementation period, provide 3 references of a similar assignment, CVs and certifications of the key staff assigned to the project, provide Assurance to comply to applicable local data protection regulations, company registration certificate, a valid trade license and valid tax clearance certificate, audited financial statements of the last 3 years and any other required information mentioned in the ToRs.
