- QA Venue Solutions Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Framework Contract to acquire a marketing/content creation agency for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Tender Documents in English may be obtained through e-mail on any working day from 23rd October 2025 upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Rwf) deposited on Account N° 00261-06983233-04 for QA Venue Solutions Rwanda in Bank of Kigali. The proof of payment is submitted through e-mail addresses; BKARENA_procurement@bkarena.rw
- All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Rwandan Francs (1,440,000Rwf)

- Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must reach the BK Arena reception, Avenue: 17; BK Arena Cell, Rukiri II Sector, Gasabo District, PO Box 6739, Kigali, Rwanda. not later than 3rd November 2025 at 11.00am Local time. Bids will not be submitted Electronically. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11.30 am Local Time on the same day, in QA Venue Solutions Meeting room at Bk arena.
- The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the QA Venue Solutions Rwanda Ltd Procurement Procedures manual
- The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the bid’s submission date.
