Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc is looking to renew the DLP Suite License. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above mentioned services.
Interested Bidders shall express their interests from 13th October 2025 on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 22nd October 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with your company’s email.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, Delivery period. provide Company’s registration certificate, valid Tax Authority and Audited financial statements for the last 3 years, provide 3 references certificates of the services delivered elsewhere and any other related documents.
