INVITATION TO TENDER № 63/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/04/07/2025
Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local, regional and international suppliers for the supply and installation of SDWAN Solution PHASE II that helps the use of the available links by aggregating them and by improving security of application.
Terms of References and Bill of Quantities for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 14th July 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 22nd August 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign companies, and payment terms. Provide all necessary devices to cover 43 branches and any additional requirements to existing devices at Head quarter, provide all subscription licenses and support required for a period of 3 years, provide a full training of SDWAN solution for four bank engineers to enable implementation of the project and provide support during the implementation. provide resume detailing the qualifications and experiences of key staff on the project, the warranty period and any other relevant information specified in the Terms of References.

- at least one successful implementation of Fortinet SD-WAN in an institution of the size of Bank of Kigali. The certificate of successful completion should be provided
- Audited financial statements for the last 3 years.
