Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local, regional and international suppliers for the provision of Splunk License Renewal that serves as a Security Information and Event Management solution, and log management solution.
Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw from 29th /09/2025 to receive the details of the license requirements and guidelines of the submission. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than 13 October 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP Portal that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign companies, and payment terms. Provide a splunk partnership certificate, Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate, company profile, Company Registration certificate, tax clearance certificate, provide at least three (3) references certificates, the warranty and delivery period, Audited financial statements for the last 3 years. and any other relevant information.
