Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from suppliers for the renewal of the following items:
LOT 1: Dell Servers support subscription renewal 2025-2026.
LOT 2: NetApp Storage support subscription renewal
Technical Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 02nd October 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 22nd October 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan Francs or USD, provide a company profile and a technical proposal, Warranty and delivery period, proof of Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate, Provide the Valid Tax Clearance, Company registration and Contribution clearance certificate and any other relevant information.
