Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from suppliers for the supply of the following IT equipment grouped in Lots:
LOT 1: ThinkCentre neo 50 a 24 Gen 5 LOT 4: Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor
LOT 2: ThinkPad T14s Gen 5 LOT 5: Accessories
LOT 3: ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 AMD Spec
Technical Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30th June 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 13th August 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs, the delivery period and guarantee period.
Conditions for bidding:
– Manufacturer’s Authorization certificate for laptops
– Audited Financial Statements from the last 3 years
– Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate and RDB Trade License – Valid RSSB Clearance Certificate
– Performance Certificates for similar services provided elsewhere
