Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like lease 15 vehicles to be used in its upcountry branches. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local qualified bidders to tender for the abovementioned service.
Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw from 15th September, 2025. Locations of the upcountry branches will be shared with interested bidders. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted online not later than 26th September, 2025 at 3:30pm local time on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.
Clearly state the price proposals and payment terms in Rwandan Francs, provide the list of 15 proposed vehicles including pickup double cabin or any other proposed brand, detailed company profile, company registration certificate, valid tax clearance certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate.
