Tender to Feed Inshuti z’Umuryango (IZU)/ CBOs (145) and the Beneficiaries (500) of the SOS-FS / BMZ Kigali at SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda: (Deadline 19 March 2021)
TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda is a child-focused organization and an affiliate of the SOS Children Villages International. It is non-governmental, non-political, non-denominational, and non-racial. Its overall mission is to build families for children in need, help them shape their own futures, and share in the development of their communities.
SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda invites potential entrepreneurs to compete in the tender to feed Inshuti z’Umuryango (IZU)/ CBOs (145) and the beneficiaries (500) of the SOS-FS / BMZ Kigali project in various training that will be held in six (6) months to come i.e. From 25/03/2021 to 24/09/2021.
The menu will consist of the following: Rice (plain or Pilaf), Irish potatoes, bananas, beans or peas, beef, vegetables, and desserts especially bananas or pineapple. The drink consists of soda (33 cl) or water (500 ml).
The requirements are as follows:
- Having a Restaurant;
- Having a known workplace (Physical Address & Telephone Number);
- Having a company registered in RDB;
- The issuance of an EBM invoice.
Well written bids indicating the price of food and soft drinks to be submitted electronically to the following e-mail addresses:sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org no later than 19 March, 2021 at 4:00 pm, local hours. Each lots is unique and it should be specified in the subject.
Please note that application and relevant documents submitted in hard copy will be rejected.
