Office Stationery Supplier for GIZ Office Rwanda
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a federally-owned enterprise that assists the German government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation. GIZ has been in Rwanda for over 30 years. The primary objectives between the Government of Rwanda and the Federal Republic of Germany are poverty reduction and promotion of sustainable development. To achieve these objectives, GIZ Rwanda is active in the sectors of Decentralization and Good Governance, Economic Development and Employment Promotion, Energy and peacebuilding, and conflict transformation.
In order to implement the different program, GIZ RW needs to procure different office stationery items, therefore, GIZ RW requests interested office stationery suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest mentioning the following:
Technical documents:
- RDB certificate, VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate of this year of 2020
- Copy of certificate of good completion from Ministry or international organization of the year 2019/2020
- List of your client
- The full address of your shop location and picture of the shop
- A commitment to delivering made in Rwanda products where is applicable.
Financial documents
- Price of items listed below if possible with photo in RWF VAT excluded
- Condition of delivering to a different location in Kigali City
- Time of payment or credit period

Interested suppliers should submit their expression of interest in two sealed & separate envelopes (1 for technical offer and 1 for financial offer. latest on Friday, October 23rd, 2020 at 4:00 PM, at the front desk of:
