Hiring of private operation company for cleaning, waste collection , transportation and sanitation assets management in seven sectors: Deadline ongoing

1. Interested bidders should visit sites any day in working hours, (Site visit certificate is not an evaluation criteria).
2. Tender Documents may be obtained from umucyo.gov.rw.
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the above mentioned website with a payment of a non-refundable fee of amount specified in e-procurement system. The payment is made at the Rwanda Revenue Authority Account after declaration.
4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be submitted through e-procurement in 21 days before the Bid Opening date.
5. Well attached bids, must be loaded in www.umucyo.gov.rw Not later than the date and time specified in e-procurement system.

1. Bids will be opened in the system at the same day specified on the date and time specified in e-procurement system.
